William Barnard, President/CEO of Barnard Enterprises, Inc. and founder of additional real estate investment companies, has been a real estate investor since 2004 investing in nearly every aspect of real estate. Over the years as the real estate market changed, so did his investing strategies. Currently he buys single & multi-family properties to redevelop and hold or sell. Other current and previous investment strategies include land development, spec building, notes, buy and hold, and much more. He does tens of millions of dollars in real estate transactions each year. As the principle of the transaction, William has completed over $100,000,000 in properties and counting.

Will was the co-host of his own weekly radio show "Creating Wealth Through Real Estate", he's been featured in the real estate magazine "Realty 411", & he's been a speaker & educator at numerous real estate investing events across the country. He has also been interviewed on many real estate focused podcasts throughout the years. Will also owns & operates a construction company & a plumbing, heating & air company providing many services to his clients.
