William Barnard, owner of Barnard Enterprises, Inc., has been a real estate investor since 2004 investing in nearly every aspect of real estate.  Over the years as the real estate market changed, so did his investing strategies. Currently he buys properties to fix and sell.  Other current and previous investment strategies include land development, spec building, short sales, wholesaling, notes, and much more.  He does millions of dollars in real estate transactions each year.  

William was the co-host of his own weekly radio show "Creating Wealth Through Real Estate," he's been featured in the real estate magazine "Realty 411," and he's been a guest speaker at many real estate investing clubs and events.
